Primary Responsibilities
This position may require occasional regional travel to project sites within Florida. Travel will comprise less than 5% of the total job. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Overnight travel is rare but may be necessary for certain projects.

The Fabrication Shop Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of fabrication shop activities, ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination
- Supervise shop staff and assign tasks according to project requirements
- Ensure quality control of fabricated plumbing assemblies and structures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain material availability
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Provide hands-on support for welding, cutting, assembly, and layout tasks as needed
- Collaborate with field supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines and specifications
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of production and labor tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project and company success

- Strong understanding of plumbing fabrication and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical schematics
- Skilled in welding, cutting, threading, grooving, and pipe assembly is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with fabrication and inventory management software is a plus
